Return Policy

At International Battle & Hobby Card Collective (IBHCC), we take pride in providing authentic, high-quality Trading Card Game (TCG) products to all our customers. Please review our return policy before making a purchase.

TCG Products

All TCG items, including sealed products, singles, and graded/slabbed cards, are final sale.
Due to the collectible nature of trading cards and the potential for market fluctuations, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any TCG products once they have been purchased.

Order Verification & Shipping

To ensure transparency and accuracy, all orders are recorded during the packing and shipping process. This helps verify that every item is correctly packed and shipped in the condition stated at the time of sale.

Once a package leaves our facility, IBHCC is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage caused during transit.
If a package is damaged or lost by the carrier, the carrier (e.g., Canada Post, UPS, FedEx, etc.) will be responsible for handling any claims or compensation. Customers are encouraged to select tracked and insured shipping options at checkout for added protection.

Exceptions

We will only accept returns or exchanges under the following circumstances:

  • You received an incorrect item (wrong product, variant, or quantity).

  • The product arrived damaged in transit and sufficient proof is provided showing carrier fault.

All issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery with photos and proof of purchase for review.

Sealed Product Policy

  • Once the factory seal is broken, the product cannot be returned under any circumstances.

  • We do not guarantee pull rates, card condition inside sealed product, or manufacturer-inserted content.

Non-TCG Merchandise

For non-TCG items (such as accessories, apparel, or supplies), returns may be accepted within 14 days of purchase if the item is unopened, unused, and in original packaging. A valid receipt is required.

Additional Information

IBHCC reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the conditions above.
All approved refunds will be issued in store credit only.
